General Shipping Statement

We take a great deal of care packaging up your orders before shipping. however we aren't doing the actual shipping in most cases. If your order arrives in less than stellar condition, please take several photographs of it and send us an email outlining what happened to info@designerdirtwa.com.au.

We'll try to resolve the issue in a timely and reasonable manner but can't always slap the persons responsible for the damage.
