David has been growing orchids commercially in Walpole for over twenty years and specialises in cool-growing varieties that thrive in our local environment. With a few simple rules, you’ll learn how these rewarding plants can produce amazing flowers.

Every attendee will receive a small keiki orchid to take home, plus receive 10% off all stock in-store at Designer Dirt on the day of the workshop.

Places are limited to 20, and a minimum of 12 attendees is required for the workshop to go ahead. Children over 14 are welcome.

Terms +Conditions
Full payment must be paid at least two weeks before the event. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
If the event is cancelled by Designer Dirt (e.g. due to COVID, bad weather, insufficient numbers or illness), participants will be offered a full refund, a reschedule or a credit.
If a participant wishes to cancel their booking more than 7 days before the commencement of the event, a $20 administration fee will apply, and then the balance will be refunded. Participants can also choose to transfer their credit to a future event.
Participant fees will not be refunded for cancellations made within 7 days of the event commencement. If we can fill your spot, a full refund will be made, minus a $20 administration fee.
